£ Need a flat to do "naughty things" in!

I arrange small "adult parties" and need new locations for them.
Potential venues must have:
- Discreet entrance - no inquisitive porter/concierge
- Reasonable sized bedroom, need to get around 8 people in there
- Shower - don't want to have to share bathwater after a party!
- Close tube links

Not needed overnight, mostly a couple of midweek days 11am-9pm, 
occasional weekend evenings.

Location needs to be Central (Victoria/Leic Sq/Strand etc), City or Canary Wharf

Looking for around £100 per day or can negotiate 
if you're looking for a permanent let.
